Hotel Makár

Hotel Makár Sports & Wellness is located in a quiet, green area, a few minutes' walk from the Medical University of Pécs and 2 km from the historic centre. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. It comprises a park, sports fields, playgrounds and a car park. Apart from an extensive wellness centre with an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub, sauna, steam room, this complex also features tennis and squash courts as well. The rooms are located in the main building, with direct access to the wellness area and the restaurant. Daily buffet breakfast is served at the restaurant.

MTA PAB
(7624 Pécs, Jurisics Miklós str. 44.)
The hotel part of VASVÁRY-VILLA, built in 1884, is a modern, comfortable accommodation in Pécs. The building stands in a wonderful park, its main beauty is the south facade, richly decorated with colorful and glazed Zsolnay majolica reliefs, and the Zsolnay building ceramic pictures decorating the walls in the interior of the villa. With its modern, well-equipped rooms, the PAB Headquarters is an ideal venue for holding conferences. The rooms in the villa and in the guest house in the park are suitable for both relaxation and creative work. MTA PAB is approximately 2 km away from the conference venue, which takes about 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes via public transport.

Located in Széchenyi square, Hotel Árkádia is in the center of Pécs. It offers spacious air-conditioned rooms and a buffet breakfast consisting of international and traditional dishes. The Pilgrimage House of Pécs
(7621 Pécs, Káptalan str. 8.)
The quiet, tranquil environment is ideal for anyone desiring to take a rest, for families, and for pilgrims. The most important religious and cultural venues, as well as the museums, are within a few minutes’ walking distance. The accommodation has two wings: one operates as a youth hostel, with 2 rooms of 10 beds in each, as well as a room for two educators, the other is a three-storey building with rooms to accommodate 3-4 people each. Each wing has a kitchen and a dining/communal area. The Pilgrimage House is 2 km from the conference venue, which takes about 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes via public transport.
Check-in and check-out:
Guests can check in between 2-5 pm and must check out until 10 am.
Handling of the keys:
Handover of keys happens at the time of checking in at the Cathedral Lapidarium. Please hold on to your keys during your stay. Please hand back your keys at the time of your check-out.

Parking:
Guests can park in the square next to the Cathedral, but after 19:00 until the morning it's not possible to drive out from there as the gates will be closed. The parking fee is HUF 500/car/day.
