The registration fee does not include any insurance for accidents, health, luggage, or personal liability. The Organizers cannot accept liability or reimburse participants for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property.
Participants are advised to organize their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Participants are advised to leave their valuables in the coatroom for the duration of the conference.
